Rates


The following rates are based on a 7 night stay:

Villa de la Sable & Villa de l’Ocean

December 1 - May 1: $275 US per night for 1 – 2 persons and $25 US for each additional person.

May 2 - November 30: $250 US per night for 1 – 2 persons and $25 US for each additional person.

Rent both villas and receive $25 US off per night.

Additional days are prorated at 1/7th the weekly rate.

Large groups can be accommodated in conjunction with other properties.

Rates are subject to change for holidays and special events.

Children's Policy:

  • 12 and under, half the adult price.
  • 13 plus, full price.
  • Under 2 free.
  • Limit of 2 children free per booking. Each additional child after 2 children under 2 years old will be charged 1/2 price.

Deposit

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit will be required to hold the reservation. Your reservation is not fully confirmed until this deposit is received. We will hold your dates for seven days while you arrange for payment of the deposit. If the deposit isn't received within this time, then we will assume that you no longer wish to book Sparkling Waters Villas and the dates will become available once more to other guests.
  • The non-refundable balance is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. If balance due is not received 60 days prior to arrival your reservation will no longer be secured and the villa has the right to rent out the property for the dates you reserved.
  • Payment may be done via wire transfer or credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard and Discover + 5% service charge).
  • To make the payment via a credit card please call our office at 1-876-965-0126 with your credit card information. Our office is open Mondays- Fridays between 10:00 am and 5:30 pm. Information required is the card holder's name, card number, card expiration, security code and the address and phone number of the card holder.
  • Let us know if you would like to make the payment via wire transfer and we will send the appropriate information to you. Please note there is a bank charge of $27 US so you will need to add that amount to the deposit due.

Cancelation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, the following charges apply:
  • All cancellations must be made in writing. If we are able to fill your dates with another reservation you will receive a full refund minus an administrative fee of $100 US.
  • Notice must be received no later than 90 days prior to arrival for a full refund less $100 US for administrative fees.
  • If the cancellation is within 60 – 90 days you will receive a 50% refund of your deposit less $100 US for administrative fees.
  • If the cancellation is within 60 days there will be no refund unless the property can be re-rented for the same period.
  • If the property can be re-rented for the same period, there will be a full refund less $100 US for administrative fees.

Airport Transfers

Treasure Tours can arrange transportation for you from the airport to Treasure Beach.

The cost for a one way transfer from the airport in Montego Bay is $140 US for 1-3 people with an additional $20 US for each additional person. The cost for the return trip to Montego Bay is $135 US for 1-3 people and $20 US for each additional person.

The cost for a one way transfer from the airport in Kingston is $210 US for 1-3 people with an additional $20 US for each additional person. The cost for the return trip to Kingston is $205 US for 1-3 people and $20 US for each additional person.

Payment is to be made to the driver at the end of the transfer via cash. Arrangements can be made if you would like to pay via credit card. Just let us know in advance. A 5% service charge will be added to all credit card payments.

To schedule your transportation, we will need to know, your flight name, flight number, and the exact arrival time.

For return transportation we will need to know your departure time.

Upon receiving your flight details we will provide you with information on where to meet your driver.


Food Costs

We have estimated that on average it will cost $200 US per week per person for food only and does not include estimated costs for liquor.

Please note this estimate is dependent on how often you want to eat lobster, shrimp, etc. as these food items are more expensive.

On average the cost for a 6 pack of beer is roughly $9.00 US and a bottle of rum, vodka, gin, etc. is around $15.00 US. As the food cost is separate from spirits and beer, please add the necessary amount for the required amount of beer and or spirits.

Closer to your arrival we will be asking you for your food and beverage requests and will have them stocked in the house for your arrival. We will purchase the requested food items for you; you just reimburse us for the cost of the food upon your arrival. Receipts will be given to you of the purchases.

10% to 15% of the cost of the accommodations divided among the staff is the recommended gratuity. However, gratuity should always be based on the quality of service given.
